Another relationship didn’t work out well today
Why did I take her out when there was trouble ahead?
Talk like this will get anyone nowhere quickly.
I did the best I could with the information I had, while being objective, mindful and seeing how much of an allowance I can make for another’s shortcomings while keeping myself in reality and safe.
SHOULD is the worst, deadliest word created. It means Guilt, Shame and Self punishment.
Easy to say this in times when things feel balanced. It’s when things are falling apart that the achievement comes in stating away from the “Should’s” and running towards the “Could’s” and self love and compassion.
